Company name HIERROS & ACEROS VAZQUEZ was asking to buy Portland cement with specific terms and price which we met. October 2008 seller travel to Spain and provided all the documents including POP. After contract was sing buyer had 30 days to provide the proof of fund unfortunately 6 month past and still no proof of fund has been provided. Excuses are all source of lies Mr. JUAN VAZQOEZ is on vacations or bank is not operating do to holidays and it goys on and on. Please review this information carefully to avoid biggest scam.
